    High-Gold Normal, or something more?
Found this little guy at a pet shop today, and became entranced by his high-gold sides. Think there's anything else in his blood? Wish I got a picture of his belly, but I held a clutch mate who looked very similar to him, and that one's belly was clear.

    Thoughts?

Pretty, but I see a normal.

I was about 80% sure myself, but I couldn't believe the gold tones. If it were female I'd probably go for it in a few weeks when their reptiles are 50% off, normal or not. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure it's a male.

Unless you popped it, you have no way of knowing if it's a male or female.

If the baby is still there when they go on sale, and 50% off is a good deal, I'd either pop it myself or take someone with me who can pop and if it is a female I'd snag her in a heartbeat.

I'm seriously considering it. Because I mean, that little guy in the top-left of the last photo pretending to be an arboreal snake lol, is a "classic" normal hatchling, for comparison. You can see the difference in tone and gradient from that little glimpse alone, even in the bad cell phone pic. That baby is absolutely stunning.
