Hi all this is my newest addition to my collection been wanting one for a while and this girl has been in a pet shop for about 2 years she about 5 foot and price was slowly falling on her till I was in 2 weeks ago and said I could leave with out her this so I made an offer on her and the excepted it. The only problem is she was never handled and is a little bit of a hand full and help and advice on taming her would be great http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/06/02/ba2ubehu.jpg

The best way to get her handleable is to handle her. I'm not an expert on bigger constrictors, but she is definitely lovely and will probably warm up to you with a little bit of cruising time each day, after she has a few weeks to settle in. Anyone with more experience on big snakes, feel free to chime in, as I'm not sure what the most appropriate timetable would be for this pretty girl.

    Best of luck!

What size enclosure do you have her in? You should try to hook train her too as soon as possible, so whens she does get bigger she'll be more manageable.

She is in a 4x2x1.5 at moment but when bigger ill move her. I have been using a hook already as she just wants to take a lump out of me

Food. Lots and lots of food. She wants to grow and being hungry can make her irritable. Once she hits the 8 to 10 foot range and she's well fed she "should" mellow out.
