Best business to bulk order from?
I'm wanting to move COMPLETELY away from crickets and the wife says no to roaches. So, I'm trying to find the cheapest person around to get about 5k mealworms from. Anyone know any wholesalers?

Why does she say no to roaches?

Because she doesn't want them to get out and infest the house.

For anyone also wondering Rainbow Mealworms are the lowest.

Dubias can't climb the sides of the tubs so theres now way for them to get out.

I don't have a colony or anything but I am pretty sure they can only reproduce in tropical type temps.

I believe this is correct. I've only had my colony for a few months but I can tell you they can't escape the tub. I literally have them in my living room and they don't smell, make noise or anything. The only way they will smell is if you feed them veggies and leave the veggies in the tub. The only way they escape is if they escape the reptile tank. These things are saving me over $200 per month.

How many animals do you have that eat meal worms? I'm just thinking 5k is an awful lot even if you are feeding quite a few geckos. I started with 2k and now have a steady supply. I even feed off my beetles every few months and start over becuase I get over run 2 or 3 times a year. I threw close to 30k out in the drive way for the birds last year. Im feeding 20+ adult leopards and close to 30 hatchlings at any given time. I'm in the process of switching over to super worms becuase they are easier to control the amount you produce. As for who the cheapest is to buy them I'm not sure I always get my feeders at expos unless its an emergency. I know southern cricket farm has good deals on crickets right now. Like $16.00 for 2k .
Haha you could order a couple Ts from me and ill send you some meal worm beetles to start a colony for free. Or Rich gives free feeder dubias with his Ts. Just hide them in the garage wifey will never know. Lol
