me again..inactive?
I have the most inactive BP in the world. All he does all day / night is sleep. He only goes out of his hide if I pick him up, moves hides, or he goes for a drink. I rarely see him try breaking out of his cage, Probably once a month he makes a effort.
Now he could be active while I am asleep, but even when I have my late nights on the computer I don't see him come out.
When I hold him he seems find, no foaming at the month or anything that would give me a reason to be concerned. He just went to the vet this month, and he gave a all clear.
Is this just a BP that is use to his surroundings?

Yep, no need for worry! Ball pythons aren't show animals, more often then not they're curled up somewhere dark and secure. As long as he's thermoregulating on his own and has a good feeding response, he sounds like he's living the ideal BP life! =]

What you have there sounds like a perfectly normal, happy, healthy ball python. Now you know why we tell people not to waste money on huge show tanks for these guys. Because 99% of the time, what you would see is a huge empty tank!
Some of mine I see so infrequently, I do a hide check every other day or so just to make sure they are still in the tub!
