    Can someone define the different "bee" morphs?
    I guess I'm enough of a latecomer to this that most people just use the "bee" terms as common knowledge, but I'm still fuzzy on most of them, and I can't seem to find them all defined in one place. I know they all involve the spider morph and that Bumblebee = pastel spider, but that's about it. What about killerbee, honeybee, queen bee, and others? I'll thank you in advance for your patience lol

    Bumblebee = pastel spider
    Killer bee= super pastel spider
    Honeybee= hypo spider
    Stinger bee = enchi spider
    Lesser/butter bee= lesser or butter spider
    Queen bee= pastel lesser/butter spider
    Fire bee = fire pastel spider
    Enchi bee = pastel enchi spider
    Humble bee = pastel hypo spider

    That's all I could think of off the top of my head!

    Typically any morph with the tag "bee" will have a spider gene attached to it.

    Bumblebee = Pastel + Spider
    Killerbee = (Pastel + Pastel)= (super pastel) + Spider
    Queenbee = Pastel + Lesser + Spider
    Honeybee = Ghost + Spider
    Humblebee = Ghost + Pastel + Spider
    Lesserbee = Lesser + Spider

    The term "Bee" comes from the morph bumblebee, which was first created by NERD, when they mixed a pastel and a spider creating a snake that had dark spidery pattern and was all yellow with high white sides, that resembled a bumblebee. Bees are a very iconic morph and it is one of the first morphs ever created. It is a beautiful display of the best of the pastel gene and the best of the spider gene. It gets the pattern from the spider and the color from the pastel.

    Well I know that the morph I want, is the fire bee (pastel/fire/spider). But I'm not sure how to go about getting one yet.

    Find one from a quality breeder (much less fun) ;)

    Or you can try to make your own by having those 3 genes in your collection (much more fun) :)

    No I want to seek out a breeder and get them all in one package. Nearly all of my favorite morphs can be produced by crossing a fire bee with a pastel. ;)

    Kick it up a notch and have a pastel lesser for your female. ;)

    A couple more I didn't see are the Black Bee (Black Pastel + Spider) and the CinnaBee (Cinnamon + Spider). Pretty self-explanatory I know.....:rolleyes:

    Also, a Zebra Bee (Axanthic + Pastel + Spider) or (Axanthic Bumblebee) :gj:

    I may get to lesser eventually, but I really want the fire and spider genes to go with the pastel. I can't get firefly, superfly, and bumblebee without them. ;) And it may not sound like much, but I've always wanted a super pastel ever since I became familiar with the morph. There would be a 25% of getting one of those also, on top of all the other possibilities. :)
