i am verry worried !

hello, its me again .... i dont know what do to with my blood male python.
he concerns me a lot .
he is housed in a rubber tube , he has a hiding spot , water bowl, and paper towel substrate ,humidity 50-70% , and temps are 86 F in the hot spot and 78 in the cold side.
i dont handle him or stress him . i see that he is kinda active in the night and drinks water , rest of the day he stays in his hiding cave.
it s been 1 month and he doesn't eat , i tried today to feed him a live mouse he refused , and after i tried with a defrost mouse and he refused that too.
his curently 175 grams and 9-9 and a half months old .... what should i do? should i assist feed him ?
the last atemps to feed: i tried to leave the dead mouse overnight but in the morning was still there , i tried with the defrost mouse (i soaked it in warm water so it was warm) to put it near his back neck or to poke him with it( not to agresivly ofc), no response. he totaly refused live mouse or hamster. i never tried to feed him more than once in 7 days.
the person i got him from told me that he only ate mice, mostly live but defrost too. and that sometimes he ate every 2 weeks ....but when i got him was almost 200 grams and 8 months or something like that.
his weight is so low comparing with the age...
sorry if i post to much threads and sorry about my english. but i am very concerned .... i dont want him to die ,and now i see he lost some weight and its too damn low comparing with the age...
what should i do next? assist feed? or should i wait more?
darn i am so stressed :(

A month is not a long time for them.
That is a little more loss than I would like to see in a small snake but not too bad.
Have you tried a live hopper mouse to try and get him "jump started"?
It is way smaller than he should be eating but a lot of time a really active mouse can get them interested.

How big is the enclosure? Also, do you have access to live rat pups?

If you own a temp gun he should be 80 to 82 degrees F.. IF you can maintain that than get rid of the hot spot.. You said he has a hide, hopefully a wee bit snug fitting.. You can make hides very easy using food tubs, like parkay or sour cream containers.. You can add moist moss for humidity..Cut a hole in the side of the container and leave with lid.. A hide is a MICRO habitat inside a habitat.. Each night deposit a dead mouse and leave it for 24 hours and replace every 24 hours..Do this for 5 nights / 5 mice and see if he eats..This is the least intrusive method and worth a shot..

the tube is 20x15x6 inch . i have acces to only adult rats live or frost atm.
i will try to let the mouse over night and replace it the next day for 5 days and see what happens.
