Rex ID. Please

The one on the right looks like something not quite normal. What do the whiskers look like? Contrary to what most people say, can you get some good, in focus photos with flash? (Believe it or not, and despite what most people say, I see the details of color and coat types much better with a good flash and in-focus shot than I do with natural light or even artificial light/no-flash photos.)

Are their whiskers curly? All my Rex's have curly whiskers, even the low quality Rex's have some kind of whisker curl

You can tell when they're still pink if they're going to be a rex by the whiskers.

When they're the size you're showing they molt their fur and grow in a new coat. You might just be looking at a baby that is in the middle of the molt, so they look like their hair is thinning, which can look wet.

There is also 'satin' fur that I don't have much detail on, but the whiskers will not be straight on a satin.
