Puffy & Swelled Up Belly *HELP*
Hello, Butter's is having a new problem...
He has just shed this past Wed (May 22), his belly was super healthy, then three days later I noticed this puffy, liquid-filled looking belly! Can someone please tell me if this temperature burn or infection?!

It looks like a burn to me. Its blistering. Do you have a thermostat hooked up to your heating pad?

He needs to see a vet.

    Ouch!

That is a burn sweetie, and a nasty one. My guess is his heat pad burned him. He needs to see a vet right away so they can start treatment. You will need to keep him on paper towels and keep his tub super clean while that heals up. If you keep it clean and treated, you won't hardly know he did it. But if you don't see a vet for proper treatment, correct the problem with his heat and leave it get dirty, it will turn into a nightmare of a mess.

Best wishes to you both for a speedy recovery!

^^^ This. Please take him to a vet asap. If that's a problem at the moment because of the holiday weekend, switch him onto paper towels, keep him very clean, and make 100% sure your heat mat is on a t-stat and that the t-stat is working properly. Then call your vet first thing Tuesday morning. Best of luck!
