Will my mojave spider BP brown with age?
    Hi

I just got my first snake, a mojave spider male. He doesn't have a name yet :) He is about 8 months old. He has these markings that make him look almost dirty/brownish.. will he eventually change to that brownish color and lose his yellow?

    Thanks!

Pics would help-- but there are lots of animals out there that will brown out with age. Post up some pics! =]

He is lovely!! I think he will lose that bright yellow, but he'll keep some nice flushing and stay pretty clean and bright. That's my prediction.

Sorry, but what do you mean by flushing? So he should stay light and not turn into that brownish color? Here's another pic :)

See his nice light sides? He'll keep those flanks, they may just go light tan instead of brown. All in all, a very pretty boy!
