    Trying to make a list
Hey guys I'm pretty new to BP's. World of Ball Pythons is useful for figuring out most morphs but useless for a couple. I'm interested to find out which genes are allelic to each other. The reptile breeding world and the genetic world use extremely different terms. I know NERD used the term ALS (acts like super) to describe allelic. Mojave and Mystic are allelic to each other and create mystic potions.

Also I watched a video where NERD was talking about Granite and HGW to be linked. Are these actually linked? Are there more genes out there that are linked?

    Thanks guys

    Hi,

A lot of people call them a "complex" so we have the blue ( and the black ) eyed leucistic complexes, the yellowbelly complex and the cinamon/ black pastel complexes.

I have no clue on linked mutations though.

Herpers also tend to write that two mutant alleles are compatible. You may find some helpful material if you search this web site for the keyword "compatible".

Here is one URL that may be helpful. Also see the OWAL web site in the link. Good luck.

I can't help on the linkage question, either. :(

Have people bred super stripe complex together that doesn't involve yellow belly (spark X gravel)? Does it complete the complex or does it do something different?
