Laying outside of hide...
Watson has started to lay outside of his hot side hide, wedged between the wall and his water dish. Temps are 89 on hot side, 78 on cool side. Humidity running around 50 percent with some misting from me. Hides on both sides. UTH on thermostat on hot side with heat lamp to help with ambient. He's been eating and shedding fine.
I've read here that a happy ball is a hiding ball so wondering if there is something wrong here. Any ideas? Thanks. Wish they could talk....:confusd:
Re: Laying outside of hide...
Okay, I will just keep an eye on him. I just replaced the bedding a few days ago. He was doing it before I changed it too so that does not seem to make a difference.
Thanks.
Re: Laying outside of hide...
How big are his hides? Are they to big, or snug fitting? Maybe he doesn't feel secure in the hides?
