    Frozen Feeder Question
I normally purchase my frozen thawed in bulk from LLL reptile. 50 small mice for $59.99, 20 small rats for $79.95 etc. But my question is, where do you guys get your supply from? If I could find a reliable seller with cheaper pricing I'm thinking of changing over, as I'm trying to save money because feeding a growing collection is starting to get expensive...

    Re: Frozen Feeder Question
Since my "collection" consists mostly of a few pets and not too many snakes I buy mine from the local PJ Pets.
But, my local store employs a herpetologist so he made sure they get decent feeders at a good price.
My price on individual purchase meets or exceeds the price you quote for your bulk orders. Of course they buy in very large quantities and can re-sell at lower than shipping just a few packs to an individual person each time.

My last purchase was from LayneLabs, I'm not sure how their pricing compares, but I was happy with the quality and pricing.

Thank you for showing me that site! Those prices are a whole heck of a lot cheaper, and you get more too. Have you had any issues with them?

Check Craigslist. Do a search for Feeder Rats. I ended up finding a guy less than 20 minutes from me that can provide small rats for $1 a piece.

    A few more options:

    MiceDirect.com
    Rodentpro.com

The big savings come when you can pack a big order into one box. If that's too many to justify ordering at once, stock up when a reptile expo comes to town.

Just came back from an expo yesterday, and I completely forgot... I still have plenty to get me through the next few months anyway.

I'm so happy I found a rat guy. Very fair price, clean and healthy and he delivers :)

    Can't beat that.

I have only ordered from them once, didn't have any issues. I picked up 50 small/medium rats. I will use them again once my current supply runs out.
