Egg issue for the first time.
From my second clutch of the season things were looking good until this morning. I noticed that two eggs seemed thin in a few spots. The spots show the veins through them so I'm concerned. First time seeing the thin effect.

    And here's today 5-17-13

Temps in bator are 90, humidity 98 ish. Thoughts please on how to ensure survival if any.

Thank you. I'll keep the progress posted as things or little snakes emerge.

Personally, I would just constantly monitor my humidity. Make sure it doesn't get high enough to promote mold. But otherwise they look like fine big healthy eggs!

Those windows are normal. However, it looks like the eggs are touching the side of the container which could cause the egg to become too damp from condensation. I'd move them so that no egg is touching the side of the tub.

    Good luck!

They just look like windows to me. I seem to get at least one egg every year with a window.

Here's mine from this year, it's really cool if the window stays clear like this one did.

Thanks for the great response everyone. I'll be sure to move the eggs over a little too since I didn't even notice them touching the side. Thanks again and that window is neat!
