How Have Your Food Tastes Changed Or Surprised You?
So I have recently been surprised by my changing tastes. I tried sushi years ago and hated it. And that was after reluctantly trying it. Well, I was at a buffet a few weeks back and for some reason felt compelled to give it another go. Well, now I love sushi. And I really can't get enough of it. My only complaints is that it's really expensive to get the good quality stuff.

Also, I used to hate spicy food growing up. And I have been loving spicy food for the last few years now. I like to challenge myself to see what my heat limit is too. And slightly related, I used to hate salad dressing of all types and always got a plain salad. But now, I don't mind having Ranch in small quantities.

    You guys have something similar?

I cant think of anything specific... I'm not too picky. Theres certain things i don't like but i've always disliked them lol.

My only really thing like that I can think of is that I drank a LOT of soda as a kid, now I can't even finish a can of it. I didn't like water much when I was little, now I drink it constantly. Otherwise I'm not overly picky. Raspberries have and always will suck though.

I was that strange little kid who actually like to eat his veggies, lol. My tastes really haven't changed too much, except for enjoying higher quality foods. Steak verses hotdogs. Still and always have been willing to try anything once. Well, almost. Can't do bugs.

Yea i always ate veggies. I remember when i was like 10 my grandparents were up visiting and i went grocery shopping with my grandma. She was like "since you helped me so much is there anything special you want?" (Im assuming she meant like candy or sweets or something my parents wouldnt normally buy...) I was like "can we get some broccoli?!" I was dead serious too haha. I like broccoli.

Im not a fan of raspberrys either really.

After moving out and living paycheck to paycheck, I got a LOT less picky about what I would and wouldn't eat. I few things I used to HATE but now I really like are onion rings (or onions in general), lima beans (I can't believe I hated them as a kid; they're so delicious!!), gravy, oatmeal cookies and coffee. I almost can't function without coffee!!

I can no longer eat a whole bag of chips or a full sleeve of cookies, or start my day off with a Pepsi and 2 giant cinnamon rolls/doughnuts like I used to in high school. I'm surprised I don't have diabetes or a weight problem.
