Better pics would be reeeeeally helpful...so would more info....temps/humidity/eating cycle....
Looks like some stuck shed. A good soak and a humid hide, maybe a bit of peeling assistance and he should be good to go.
What kind of enclosure are you using for me ? To me also looks like a piece of old shed...
