help! worried about my ball python
I've. Had my ball python for about 6 years and I've never seen her act like this!.. she is wobbling her head and positioning it upside down earlier today I went to check on her and she had herr head upside down and stayed that way for awhile. She has gotten more active lately but her head is still wobbly? Please give whatever information you can I really can't afford a vet.

Doubt it's a spider 6 years ago they were still pricey and I doubt someone would have just gave you one so it is likely a normal.

Have you used any pesticide or other chemicals recently near the enclosure, have you treated for mites, is your heat regulated and if so are you sure that your t-stat did not fail allowing your snake to overheat?

Triple check your temps haven't got too high.

Does the tank get direct sunlight from a window or anything - that can overheat them quickly.

Can you show us a picture of her?

How do you attach a pic? I don't believe she has mites but there is a chance her temp got to high...

So your heat pad is not regulated?

If so based on the behavior she is exhibiting she probably overheated, if that is the case I would also check for burns.

    Heat MUST be regulated.

As for the behavior if it is due to overheating, nothing can really be done, it might go away with time or the animal might remain like this.

as for pic the simplest way would be to open an account on photobucket (it's free) and copy and paste the IMG code
