    Very relaxing animals!!
So, I have had 2 cats that do not get along now for a while, about 3 months, one of which was here much longer (since birth) than the other. Tonight, they fought, and he hurt the cat that he doesn't get along with, plus another cat, plus the wife and I....my wifes back was scratched pretty bad, but this was from her holding him and getting scared around the other cat, which normally is separated from one another. So, we decided to take the little guy to the animal shelter tonight, as it was just too stressful on not only us, but the rest of our animals as well. I feel so bad for the little guy and we are both very relieved but also very upset we had to give him up do to seniority. I just hope they find him a good home, he was a rescue we took to the vet and got him healthy, so he has vet records I could obtain for them if they ask tomorrow.

The point of this thread though, is when I got home tonight and the wife left for work, I went and held my 3 smaller boas, and it just felt as if nothing else mattered at that point in time, almost therapeutic like. Just gazing into their patterns and looking at all the color they hold is mesmerizing and just relaxing. Has anyone else had this experience before?

Yep, I feel like the snake tank is like a fish tank. Great to look at relaxing, and far better than TV.

Handling the snakes is relaxing as well. They make no noise and just explore.
