Scar or scale rot

Well she is my first Bp and a cl pick up at she came with some problems a cracked tank and a stuck eye cap. So I got her eye cap felt with and while holding her I noticed her belly I believe it is a scare from the cracked tank but I could be mistaken so I'll let u guys decide. Thanks for the help , Sam

Alright thanks I didn't really know what scale rot looked like do u have any experience with scale rot?
