Do you get lost watching local herps?

I was wondering how many of us on here get lost watching local herps in our yards? I ask cause I spent an hour watching some geckos hunt moths in the porch light, didn't plan to just got stuck! Lol, who else??!!

I once spent a day lasso-ing fence lizards.. so yeah lol
