I'm Back!! duw!

I just got back from Algonquin Park working on an inventory of spotted salamanders. I did a lot of kayaking, hiking, herping and swimming, it was super fun.
I missed you guys though, it feels like its been forever!!

Great pictures! Looks like you found lots of stuff! What kind of bird is that? He's too freaking cute. Looks very pretty up there. How the heck were you swimming, I see snow still?! Glad your back. :)

I love Algonquin park!!! I canoed through there for about a week when I was in high school. It is just gorgeous.

Job was through a guy I met at school.. the pay was terrible! Since the salamanders only migrate to the lake and breed for a few weeks a year, definitely not livable. My real job now that I'm back though is equally as awesome and it's with Fisheries and Oceans ;)

I went through every season!! Got there and it was snowing, left when it was 27*C :D
