I was searching the internet/looking in ball-pythons.net archives to find good BP breeders. I found AlexHueReptile.com. I've heard he is a very trustworthy and reliable breeder. he has 2 options for buying CB BPs. You can buy juveniles or you can buy babies. Although juveniles would be easier to take care of, would it be a better idea to buy a baby? Starting out w/ a baby BP could form a relationship for handling/ being used to me. What do you think?

If it's your first, I'd suggest going with a well-started juvenile. You can always get a baby in a couple months when you figure out one isn't enough. :)

I agree with Marla. They are used to feedings and used to being handled.

Have to give up a my babys PB's.....
I can see where you are coming from - I wanted a baby too but really a juvenile has a LOT of growing to do and is still tiny and cute. Plus a good feeding juvie will prevent future problems. I got a juvie and it's just great I think I would recc. you do the same but that's just my opinion. Personally I think Juvies are better than babies, though I can see the appeal.

Yep thats the male from Smynx's Mother's Day Trio - Henry (of the Henry-June-Anais triangle) - he has a little "X" mark on him but you cant see it in that shot.
