A big thank-you to BP.Net for support!

I just wanted to share that today was a really crappy day for me. But here I am on BPNet at 10 at night, curled up in bed after a day I'd rather not repeat, and I'm smiling and thinking and feeling a lot less lonely than I was an hour ago just from browsing threads and enthusing about a topic we're all here to love and learn from every day.

It's a real community here, and all of us can feel that to some extent. It's what keeps us coming back. And some of us need that community support, camaraderie, and love to keep us going through our days.
So thank you, BPNetters, from other BPNetters. Thank you to the mods who keep us in check and keep the flow of information running smoothly. Thank you to the veteran breeders and hobbyists who spend their time on the boards to serve as a resource to those aspiring for knowledge. Thank you to the comics who grace the forums with their gold pieces of humor and optimism. Thank you to the newbies, because you're here to gain the knowledge you need and deserve for your animals. That's why we all started here. But we stay for the atmosphere and the support that is provided on a daily basis. Thank you for proving yourselves as friends.

I definitely like some people here, granted there are others that annoy me to no end. Then there are the people that are highly respected and I'm not sure why... :rolleyes: Either way, I still visit often so there must be something that I think is worth coming back for, right? :)

Well, of course no one gets along with EVERYONE. But we have those people that we get along better with too. Haha.

I agree. I honestly don't post often (I'm a bit of a lurker), but from everything I've seen, this is a very positive and supportive community.

Especially on the internet, where I've found that most so called communities are full of vindictive and abusive people, anonimity at it's best.
