I was outside pulling weeds in my backyard and found this little guy hanging out. Anyone able to ID?

Storeria dekayi also known as Dekay's Brown Snake, or just simply Brown Snake. Harmless.

Thank you my friend. He was very mello and I just let go on about his business. Oh and, I have gloves on because of the weeds not because of him...hehehe
