    has anyone ordered a cage/rack from evolutionreptile.com ? Im starting to think they are scamming me, and now there website is down for maintenence until 5/6. I'm trying to find someone who actually got something from them online.

    just an update...I talked with brandon from evo reptiles this weekend and there had been a mistake with fedex and shipping my rack... i was a vendor at Repticon, so he let me take one of the racks from the show home with me since he did business with the vendor that was there.
    his website is back up and they are just going through a lot of changes right now...so wanted to clarify for everyone else that read this.

    I know this is an old thread but I want to put in a good word for evolutionreptile!!

    Reason being is I just made a purchase from them, and I also became nervous that I was being scammed, and upon searching the web for reviews I came across this thread.

    I was suspicious for several reasons

    1) My order status never updated, even now that the package has arrived my order status on the site is still "awaiting fulfillment"

    2) They have no phone number under the "contact us" page, just a way to send an e-mail.

    3) There really doesn't seem to be much about them on the web in terms of reviews.

    4) I didn't automatically receive a tracking number.

    5) The store has a different url than the main site.

    HOWEVER

    The package did arrive in a timely fashion, and the products were well packaged and well priced.
    AND
    I did send an e-mail asking for a tracking number at 11:43pm, and received a response with a tracking number by 11:49pm same day.


    I just wanted to post this so if you made a purchase from evolutionreptile.com, and then became nervous like myself, don't worry; and if you are considering buying from them, buy with confidence!
