    Tattoo - making some progress
I hesitate to post this because it still needs a lot of work, but I'm working on a full sleeve and I'm starting to see the final project. I wanted to have a theme of religion and snakes - making a theological statement that snakes are God's creatures and combine it with the theology of Jesus and the serpent reunited. Top of the arm is getting close and we are continuing to work on the lower. Here are a couple of pics:

    Upper arm:

Start of the lower (snake wrapped around the three spikes driven into Christ):

    Next appointment is on Monday....

That is awesome, I really like it! How many hours do you have into that?

I've lost count of the hours. At least 20 so far. I can't wait to get it finished.

Looks nice! I love the idea of reconciling snakes and Christianity. If at least one person sees your tattoo, and rethinks the whole "snakes are evil" belief, that is a success.

It is nicely done, and I especially love the ball python's face by your hand.

That looks great and is going to be even nicer when you get it finished! Heck yeah on making a statement and letting your art speak to your beliefs. Looking good and look forward to seeing it once it's completed.
