    lemon blast granite female
I am still sort of stunned that this snake is in my possession. I picked her up from Kicks Balls, a local seller/breeder today, quite unexpectedly. I cannot stop peering into her tub; I have never owned a snake that is any sort of combo. Hubby and I went into their shop today unexpectedly, because we were in the area. The second she was shown to me, I knew that I could not leave the shop without her. Meet my new lemon blast granite. I have better non-cell phone pics and will post them tomorrow.

Just curious, Where's the granite in her? Im not super familiar with the morph an have a hell of time seeing it.

Congrats on the pickup. I'd personally never do business with the Kick brothers though. Too many horror stories on fauna lol

I was thinking the same thing.

Problem with the granite is there are about a million lines of it and all are different. Some of them are dominant, some are codom, and some are recessive. It's not a morph that I trust the genetics of.

Op. Nice snake! I just don't understand/trust the whole granite thing.

A nice genetic granite makes pinstripes hawt. http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/pepper-pin/

I think people see a little speckling, then confuse natural variation to genetic granite.

Nice little lemon blast! Very cute.

However, I agree with the others on the lack of granite. And I'm really sorry to say that Fred Kick is known to sell falsely labeled animals. Not a reputable breeder/seller at all.

i will consider her a plain lemon blast. the price that i paid is in line with other lemon blasts that i see on kingsnake.com of similar size. i am still glad to have her though. i am so lame that i got up several times overnight to look at her and just marvel that i really own her. lol
