Boaphile 421

So, I found a used boaphile 421 that I traded my baby male Mojave bp for. It has some scratches here and there, but otherwise in great shape!!! This is going to be my yellows enclosure until she gets a little bigger, ten I'm upgrading my dumerils to this one!! Just got done scrubbing the crap of it inside and out. Will take some pix soon when its dry!!!

Nice, I love my boaphiles for my boas. Works 100% perfect for them. 2 of my boaphiles are also used, they last a very long time

Yeah seems like it, but I can't figure something out. Is the flexwatt in there preinstalled or did the previous owner put it in? I ask because there is a grove cut out where it looks like the wire is supposed to go, but it looks like someone cut a new hole in it and ran the power cable out of it. Tell me what they do please!!! Lol

Both my 421 have completely smooth bottoms with no dips. I just taped the
Flexwat to the bottom.

I will very soon I promise lol. We got it while we were in town and stopped at the in-laws where I cleaned it. We haven't left here yet, but are soon, so as soon as we get home and get it inside pictures will be posted!!!!

We will be home soon, on the interstate now! I tried getting a picture in the car but I move too much while driving lol.

Mine are also smooth bottomed (I have 3, 2 of which I bought used). I know you can get boaphiles preinstalled, but have never got one myself. So I'm not sure also, but yeah post some pics when you get home

Well, its flat bottomed, it just looks like maybe they took it apart and put the flexwatt inside of it. I will get a pic on cleaning day, was too excited to get it set up lol :P.

I got her all set up, just gotta find something to get the tape residue off of the left window, I have no clue why they put tape there lol.

Temps were a little weird because I had my whole body in there almost installing the thermometer/hydrometer probes....
