Ghost 4-15-13

Not sure of there are any Ghost fans here among the metal heads. If you've never heard of them, you should check them out, they're awesome. They have a chruch/cult/evil sound to their music.

The day after the show I met them in Hollywood for the release of their 2nd album. Surprisingly they're really chill and have conversations with you despite their serious appearance. Since they're from Sweden you can even hear their Swedish accents.

I'm a big metal head. I started following Ghost after their show with Katatonia, Mastadon, and Opeth last year in Seattle. Mastadon was forgettable. Ghost, Katatonia and Opeth put on killer shows. I've been an Opeth and Katatonia fan since the 90s. I've probably seen Opeth at least a dozen times live. Ghost is an amazing band. I'm going to their show on April 27th. I'm pretty stoked. I've turned quite a few people onto them. Their music bridges a lot of gaps. My girlfriend (not into metal) moves her feet and enjoys them quite a bit when I put their albums on. Pretty awesome.

I saw a pic of them on FB awhile ago and thought they looked really badass. I didnt picture them playing like that really lol
