so i've had my new spider for a month now, and i have to say, he is COMPLETELY different from my normal female.
While she strikes at people on a regular basis (has since I got her last year), he doesn't seem to fear anything or really care about anyone handling him. At all. I just find it almost strange at the polar opposites of these two. If he wasn't such a healthy eater I would almost think he was sick because of his general lack of concern about everything. Even when I take him out he literally just lays next to me or on me for over an hour and doesn't really move much besides his head. He's never shown any aggressive body behavior at all, and tolerates handling better then any reptile I've ever had. You can even touch around his face and head and he doesn't even flinch.
Does anyone else notice an drastic differences between their reptiles, or any extreme behaviors? I've never had a snake act so nonchalant about being handling, I don't even know if thats normal. How friendly are yours?
