Urgent! Female BP private area red??!

I was just soaking my BP in water due to bad shed, and saw that her 'private area' looked like it was bleeding or red??:confusd: is this normal?

Sometimes if they're too rough on themselves during a shed there will be a little bit of blood around that area. It's normal as long as it isnt very much
