My UTH no longer produces any heat. Is there a way for me to remove it so it can be replaced or do I just peel it off

What is it on and have you tried it in a different receptacle?

its on a glass aquarium and i've tried it in several different outlets and it wont produce any heat... even took it off the therm and plugged it straight into the wall, nothing.

You can peel it off, try using a little soap and water as you peel it. Just be careful a lot of those are very sticky and you don't want busted glass all over the place.

Peel it off and clean the area well. When you get the next one I don't recommend sticking it to the cage. If it doesn't press against the glass I would simply put a piece of cardboard under it.
