    My New Golden Greek Tortoise
    It's been awhile since I've posted, my camera was out of commission for a few months. I've had this little gem since early February. It was only 3 weeks old when I brought it home. It's a bold little beast.

    I agree on water turtles being high maintenance but tortoise are pretty basic. I'd suggest a Greek tortoise to a beginner as long as they can provide the space.

    I've never thought that but I enjoy pronouncing words for "self entertainment" as you put it, haha. From here on out it will be said in a Cajun accent "Tortwah".

    thats a very cool setup! Will it last the tortoise's entire life though?
