Day 31 and still waiting on eggs!
So, my girl is sitting at 31 days after her pre-lay shed and she is still making me wait for some pearly whites! I am so nervous and excited to finally have my first clutch. I can't believe this day is finally drawing near.

If I have this right, the steps I should take once I find some eggs are:
    -picture of mom on eggs
-take mom off eggs and move into clean tub (should I soak her to kind of wash off the smell of the eggs?)
-picture of eggs with ID card (for my own records)
-mark the top of the eggs
    -weigh eggs
-place in egg box and off to the incubator they go!

I'm sure I won't have anything to worry about but any tips for this first time "mom" are much appreciated! :D

I'm on day 31 as well! She's been showing all the signs ready to lay. Went to check in her this morning and nothing! This is my first clutch to! I've not got a clue how many she's going to lay either.
    Let's have a race! Lol

Alright! The race is on :p Last night before I went to bed my girl was doing what looked to be some egg adjustment...but as of 8 this morning there were no eggs.

Egg adjustment means eggs very soon, today or tomorrow perhaps, good luck!

I was in the same boat last week! Day 27-35 I was checking her tub every few hours! I was so anxious!!!! When I finally saw those eggs I felt so unprepared. I ran all over my house looking for the camera, scale, and a flashlight to candle (Don't forget to candle your eggs!). I was so excited I was fumbling through all my stuff and grinning!! I had my egg tubs set up and stabilized weeks in advance. I took way too many pictures and I felt like I was forgetting something.

I didn't wash my female, I just but her in a completely new tub.

The whole process seemed so easy once it was over. Removing the female was a breeze! I thought she was going to be much more difficult, but she was very cooperative!

Oh yeah if she is doing some egg adjustment eggs will be close behind. My first clutch came 10 hourse after i noticed this:

The next girl did that about 48 hours before she laid.

I bathed both of my females. I didnt do it at first and my first female went straight back to coiling and would not take food. I read that you may have to bathe your female to help get her back on food. She ate the very next day so I just made it protocol for me to bathe my snakes (all 2 of them!). I also marked the tops of the eggs before moving them to the tub in case one rolls while I am doing so. I went 29 days with the first girl and 37 with my second. The anticipation is excruciating!

She has been laying coiled until the last day or two, she has been doing some cruising and ten laying like that last night.
