Candoia aspera Viper Boa... import and availability
So I have been looking for a Viper Boa (or two) for a while now, I currently own one male and I am interested in purchasing more. So far I have had absolutely no luck, I know this may not be the best site for me to post this question on, but I was hoping a few of the larger breeders here who deal with imports might know something I dont. Does anyone know anything about their availability in the states? any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

I saw a pair at my local pet store a few years back. Haven't seen any since, even at expos lol.

Lol there was one on CL here about a month ago. Also check backwater reptiles. I believe they have them from time to time. Good luck!

Hey you! I promise they are comming soon, I was going to take pictures the night I got him, but it was too dark. I owe you and curtus forum some pics so hopefully I will get some today. Once got him into his temporary home, I wanted to let him chill for a while before I took him out for a photo shoot.

i picked one up this weekend and famly reptiles in florida had a few babys. vipers are hit or miss most people dont like thim becouse thay are known to be like blood pythons and gitting offspring old enoughe to convert to mice or rats is so hard .the good news is ther are a few morfs out ther now, ther are reds ,hypos.and albinos that i know of besides normals. in years to come i thank thay will find a nitch in the hobby like sand boas. that brings up a nother thought has anny one out ther tried to hybredize vipers and sandys? if anny one has let me know how it turnd out.thanks.
