Wanted: 4 tub rat breeding rack

I am looking to acquire a 4 tub rat breeding rack.
I have started to breed rats for my ever-growing family of snakes and the aquariums just aren't doing it...

If anyone would be interested in either building one for me or selling me a used rack, I would really appreciate it! I have neither the knowledge nor the tools to do it myself.
I live in Minnesota, so if you are local that would be a HUGE plus, but I would be willing to pay shipping if it is pre-drilled, etc. for easy assembly.
