Che and heat lamp users (Newbe here)

Ok warmer weather coming what do you guys do?
1. Do you change to a lower watt?
2. What you do if the room get hot? How do you cool it down?

You either install a lamp dinner to tune it down or suspend your lamp from a vertically adjustable arm.
