IS she scraping something?

So I took my Lady out to feed her this evening and I noticed she has a bit of a dry spot on her head in between her eyes and more close to her nose she has two little spots that look like wounds!!! I have no idea what might have caused this! I'm thinking she rubbed something too hard in her hide but she isn't shedding. The temps are 78 cold 85 warm and her warm hide is a humid hide.
I'm just worried about my baby :/

It looks like she cut herself on something. I had something similar happen to one of mine awhile back, and after going through everything in the snakes cage I found a sharp edge on one of the hides. I sanded it and haven't had an issue since. If you go through everything in the cage (including accessible parts of the cage itself) and you can't find anything then this isn't something that you are going to be able to do much about. Just keep a close eye on her and if you start to see signs of infection get her to a vet before things get too bad.
on a side note the warm side of your cage seems a little cool. I would try to get it to 88-92 degrees.
