what do you bet guys? do you think it will hatch? its 1week old egg. i dont have an incubator and the egg already sticks on the cage. i will just let it sit on the cage together with the mother which is incubating the other eggs.

It might still hatch, but I'd say without an incubator the chances are pretty slim...
You can keep it in with the mom until it starts to mold or it doesn't candle with veins. Also, I would up your humidity.

The egg is severely dehydrated. Dampen some sphagnum moss and get the humidity up in the enclosure.

Hmm...I'm not sure what's available in the Philippines. Find a substrate that you can get really damp without water actually running out of it. I would place it around the stray egg, without actually touching it (since it might be too wet), and maybe place a plastic tub upside down over the whole arrangement to hold in humidity and heat (kind of like a humid hide for the egg). You could also try packing the substrate around the egg loosely, forming a kind fo nest, but you'll need to judge how wet it is as to whether it's safe to do direct contact (this would impart the most moisture, though).
How do the other eggs look in comparison?

can i use cocopeat? are you familiar with that?
now i get the picture of the set up for the egg. wish i can still hatch this egg. the other eggs are inside the coil of the mother. they are smooth eggs. and dont look bad like this egg that i posted.

I think that could work. :) I would treat it like vermiculite (wet it enough that it sticks together, but no water drips when squeezed), and pack it lightly around the egg, then plastic tub over top. I'm assuming from your previous post that the egg is stuck to the tank bottom, but if not, set up an egg box and just move the egg into there (keep in tank if that's the only way to keep it warm enough).
