Loxahatchee Rodents - fantastic!

I just wanted to tell about my fantastic experience ordering from Loxahatchee.

I placed my order last week on Thursday, my package shipped out on Monday and just arrived via FedEx today (Wednesday). I had received an email on Monday with the FedEx tracking number.

Here are some pics of the order. Everything was packaged very nicely, everything was still frozen solid, and the rats all look very clean!

I know where I will be buying my rodents from now on.

I bought from them for a couple years. Then this past winter when I wanted to place another order I sent an email about whether their shipping price was correct (it had doubled since the last time). A couple emails back and forth, and then they dropped communication.

I'm incredibly disappointed in how they let a customer fall through the cracks, and they've lost my business.

I agree. I have used their rats multiple times and been happy with the service and quality of them. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with a shipment I received from them back in August. Some of the rats were partially thawing out.

I notified them of this problem and Jim said he would look into it.

My next order from them came in yesterday and it was perfect and packed more effectively compared to last time.

What I love about this company is that their rats are packed to nice and very clean.

awesome. i've heard really good things about them. luckily i found a local breeder that sells me live rats for a buck a pop so i haven't had to order frozen online yet.. i have a feeling that'll change when my retic gets bigger.. i seriously doubt i'll be able to find frozen rabbits anywhere around here.. and the pet rabbits at our local pet store are like $40 a pop.. no thank you. lol

Just wanted to thank you for your post (and the others) that recommended Loxahatchee. I only have one BP, but the Petsmart rats were expensive and sometimes looked terrible. Even though I just bought a pack of 15 rats, it still came out cheaper to buy from Lox...and the rats look GREAT! The packing, service, and product were all fantastic. Thanks so much for the rec!
