    Ok, I know that this is going to sound like a dumb question. But when you are reading about the size of enclosures your snakes will need when they are adults, and you see that they will require an enclosure that has about 6 square feet of floor space. What size enclosures are they talking about? I don't think that they are talking about an enclosure tha needs to be 6' in length. Sorry for such a dumb question, but right now I think that I am having a brain fart.

    Thanks,

    Thanks
    Length x Width so 2x3 or something along those lines. The geometry stuff was about the only math I could ever glom onto - borderline innumerate otherwise - that pretty much screwed the pooch as far as me going into hard science.

    If you multiply the width of the container by the length of the container you will get the area.

    Example

    3'x3'=9 square feet.

    Dude that is not a dumb question at all haha... it took me forever to figure out floor space requirements.. I'm a comm and music major.. I just had to ask a math guy lol. Yeah it's lengthxwidth for example the Animal Plastics cage I just ordered for Icc is 36x24x12 so it's 12 high, 36 long and 24 deep... that makes 864 sq. inches of floor space and thus 6 ft. of floor space (36x24= 864 and 3x2=6) 6ft of floor space should be plenty for a BP though my guys is only a year old so I'll have to pick up a hide or two and probably another dish - can't have too much fresh water..unless the humidity rockets. :)
