Yesterday my dear ol' dad helped me cut an entry door to 6 clay pots for my 3 terrariums. It took about an hour and a half of work. We learned that those little terra cotta pots from Home Depot actually have a pretty tough concrete core, but the right tool for the right job prevailed. I also found some great crepe myrtle branches to add to the cages for a nice look and some climbing space. I sanded down any sharp edges on the pots and baked the wood at 350 for nearly an hour. They turned out pretty nice!
