Cute Carpet. I just picked up my first 2 weeks ago.
I have to say these seem even more curious than my BP's.

Way more curious. More active and more willing to stay out and be seen too. She is my fav in my collection. Congrats on your new one. You will love ut.

LOL Yea, I had a children's (and a jcp actually) about 10 years ago...(holy crap...has it been that long?!)

She was amazing! But man she was an angry little baby. She loved gnawing on my hand. She calmed down wonderfully though and was a doll as an adult.

I love it when they are mean little babies. My carpet was mean too. Hence the name mean helen jorgensen. We just call her meanie. It doesnt apply any more. She is as pleasant as can be, once out of her enclosure. It was actually the childrens trying to kill me that started my interest in aussie pythons. She bit and wrapped my finger and squeezed it for all she was worth. It was so cute.

Exactly! I can't wait to get a JCP again after so long. Watching their change from baby through adult in both attitude and the color change is so awesome!
