injured bp not eating

my ball python got injured nand isnt eating whatdo i do

about a month ago my ball python stopped eating shortly before that he/she got a bunch of scales damaged and she turned red for a while but didnt shed still hasnt pooped eatean or shed a month later

also how do i raide humidity its currently 35

Mist the enclosure. How did it get hurt? Are the injuries still there? Pictures? Temps of enclosure?
