Fast broken? I hope so. (Feeding pic)

I had a hunch that she would eat after shedding (She has the last two times she shed while fasting) and I'm glad to see I was right to pick her up a live rat yesterday. I didn't watch it happen - she was obviously interested so I left her in with it, turned off the light, and did a little dance of joy on my bed when I heard the rat squealing. You guess is as good as mine where she got it, but I think it was either on the side or the throat. It did take her a long time to kill it, though, it was still struggling long after it would have with a good strike and coil, but whatever.

I'll probably offer another rat next week and hope she's out of her slump. If not, I've got two garbage disposals that won't argue with a meal!

Good to hear! They are often ravenous after shedding.
