Keep trying once per week. If this lasts longer than a month you can try offering every other week.

2 weeks is nothing for a BP to go without food. An adult BP can go more than a year without eating so a few weeks is fine.

Do you have a picture of the injury? Depending on the severity, she may need to see a vet.

In the meantime, I would set her up in a 32qt plastic tub with paper towels so you can keep a close eye on her and make sure she doesn't hurt herself again.

I would also reduce handling to a bare minimum until she is fully healed and eating again.

Ball pythons are not known to be great display snakes as they hide most of the day. When you tell me shes active, I think that she may be stressed.

    What are your temperatures?
    Humidity?
Do you have your heating pad/lamp on a thermostat or is it just directly plugged into the wall?

I'd suggest taking a picture for us to see how bad the wound is. And also double check your cage to make sure there is nothing more she could injure herself on.

For now; keep her in a Rubbermaid tub on paper towel.
