    Silverish coating over eyes
Our ball python has a silverish blue coating over her eyes. She shed completely about a monthago and has been eating like she should. The humidity is at about 65. we only started noticing it last week. is she going blind? or is this a sign of something else? please help

She's getting ready to shed again. :) Young Balls shed about once a month, but it varies depending on diet.

it's not the same as when it looks when shes getting ready to shed though...thats what i originally thought. and she doesn't shed once a month she sheds about every 2 months

it's more of a mirrored finish not a milky one you would see when they are getting ready to shed

    Sounds like a shed.

Young BPs shed frequently. Even when my Pastel was at 800g she would shed 2 times a month some times.

Take a picture and post it just to be sure.

Sounds like a normal part of the shedding process to me too.
