Garden hose as a water source for Rat Rack?

Was considering this, because my shed may not be high enough to supprot a gravity system. What are the advantages and disadvantages?

The advantage is that you will never run out of water.

The disadvantage is that if one of your drinking valves becomes stuck open, you will never run out of water. This can cause problems for rats that aren't up to date with their scuba certificate. :P
