    i am currently using a heat lamp to heat my 20x11 enclosure, however, i am considering switching to a heat pad.... any suggestions would be appreciated, i was thinking of getting this one here http://www.bigappleherp.com/Reptile_...ts_117100.html i was thinking of the 11x11 one to put under half the cage sound good or no?

    Those kinds of mats can be dangerous. Unless you spend more money and connect it to a rheostat, there is the possibility of burning your snake. What I do, and a lot of others here do also, is use a human heating pad from wal mart. Way cheaper, and they work perfect. Just make sure you don't get one with auto shut off.
