Ok, this is the second time this has happened since we've had Sophie. I just had her out as I was doing some 'home improvements' and noticed that one of her eyes looks kind of dented, reminds me of a dented ping pong ball, but it's rather small.....this happened once before the second day we had her, but it was fine a few hours after we first noticed it. I can't find any information about it and it worries me. Has anyone ever heard of this before?

    Dented eye(s)!???
That can occur when the humidity in the enclosure is not high enough. What is the humidity at right now?

Those dents can also appear when there is a retained eye cap (ie: She didn't shed off her eye scales). When she last shed, did you check for both of her eye caps? If they were there, I would have to go with the humidity in the enclosure isn't just right.

She had a good shed, eye caps and all. It must be the humidity. While she was in shed, I kept the humidity up by misting her cage about twice a day, but haven't done so in a couple of days. Coincidentally, Mark made me a humidifier last night (from the do-it-yourself section of this site) and I just set it up about 20 mins. ago. The humidity has already risen about 15%, so hopefully this will do the trick. Thanks!

I think I've seen that dented eyes are a symptom of dehydration as well...but then again, last time my bp went into shed, she had a dent in her eyecap for a few hours, which went away by itself after a few hours.

She's definitely not dehydrated. Good to know that can be a symptom though. That humidifier works excellent. I only had to run it for about 45mins. and the humidity is still up (actually, a little higher than it needs to be, but it should dissipate eventually, I'm keeping a close eye on it). I haven't checked her again, but I will shortly.
