    Having trouble eating
My ball seems to be struggling with the f/t mouse I gave her. She ate it feet first and now it's mostly in her mouth but she hasn't swallowed it yet and it's been an hour. I'm worried that she might be getting cold since her feeding box doesn't have any lights or UTH. Should I move her back to her tank?

throw the feeding box away and stick to feeding in the tank.

Don't worry about her getting cold during a feeding an hour or two wont matter.
I prefer to feed in its main enclosure so you can feed and walk away if need be to let them do their business. Sometimes they do it feet first but almost always figure it out eventually. If you disturb them during this process chances are they won't finish the meal.
